A leader carries everyone along, he or she doesn't left the sheep behind. He teaches his followers the right thing at the right time.
I believe there are such leaders in this platform.
When I was introduced into this platform I was made to understand that this community educate people and helps young persons to be creative. I was fully glad when I emerge myself in this platform.
There are some curators that are blessed through this platform. Some did not know how to write but through here they have been able to do so.
There are some people that were not creative, through this platform they are very creative and smart.
Some have become rich and wealthy through this platform, can't I be like you. Yes I can through your support.
At times, when I am not busy I would glance through people's blog to read their posts and to make comments.
Some, their account would be dormat, no vote, no comment, just like this $0.00. This will not encourage the new Comer's. They would feel their efforts is in vain. They might withdraw.
For the freshmen in this platform, I encourage you to be consistent, patient and be motivated by what you have seen here.
With due respect to the founder of this community help us to grow as you have grown to the level you are.
As a leader, govern your people well to become what they supposed to be. If they can't reward you, God in heaven will reward you.
And please do not have a group for upvoting and commenting only. More people are coming to this community in which they need your upvote and comments so as to stir up their talent and passion.
I believe my knowledge, passion, talents will be expand through this viable platform.
