Greetings, everyone!
I just realized that the more you stay with God, the more clarity you have concerning the assignment, the relationship, and every other thing that concerns you as long as you exist on the planet earth and your relationship with Him is intact. There is one thing to stay with God and there is another thing to be very sensitive and follow instructions. Some people pray and speak in tongues, but then they are not sensitive to the Spirit and to dictate the leading.
When you watch and pray, internal groaning and externally watching you are going to escape the devouring of the enemy.
There was a lady who was in a relationship with a man who loves God, attends every activity, and is very sound in the word of God. But then, this was very manipulative. This brother would do things that would make this sister have bad memories of loving her and then distance himself for weeks without talking to her. She would call, but there was no response. She would text, but there was no response. She would be worried about what was going on. There are times the brother will call and tell her to stay for a month without talking to him; that's a strike in communication. Always gaslighting this lady.
Moreso, there are times this brother would threaten her to end the relationship, and the lady would respond in affirmation too. Let's end it there. And he would come back and say, let's God's will be done ooo. This is a long-distance relationship oo.
Finally, she met this man physically and had a talk, while the man was talking, his words were so discouraging. He complained that her prayer life is small, she hasn't yet broken her family pattern, and he finally said, he hasn't heard God in the area of marriage. This sister was discouraged and heartbroken.
She didn't know that, a man can use spirituality to avoid accountability. Talking about marriage today, and the next he disappears emotionally. His words don't match his actions, always inconsistent.
While she kept praying against confusion, which the Bible says, God is not the author of confusion but of peace. She stood by this word at her place in the Tower, she took it to the lord in prayer, and the God whom she called answered by revealing the crooked path to her, and took cognizance of it, things were not aligning. She started shifting and distancing herself from the relationship.
1 Corinthians 14:33 For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.
Now, she is at peace, thanking God for delivering her.
Be alert and sensitive.
