Hello everyone and welcome to my blog. Today I will be writing about strategizing my hive goals for the next two months. and am going to be taking it bit by bit. We were given questions to guide us through, and I will be following the trail. to start with,
What is goal setting to you?

In my own words, I would define goal Setting are those things that you wish for, desire, or, as I would rather say, have passion for, and you are taking active steps in order to achieve that thing you desire. for instance, it could be that you want to be a doctor, a teacher, a musician, etc. You don't just wake up one morning and say, I want to be this, and it will happen; even miracles don't work like that. One has to take active measures and make plans in order to achieve their goals, or else it will be a waste of time.

Why do you need to set smart goals?
As regard this, it is important to set smart goals so that at the end of the day you wouldn't have any cause for regrets. for instance, a farmer that wants to sow a seed and harvest big in that season has to make adequate preparation, like he wouldn't just go and start planting in an area that is bushy; he would have to clear the land he wants to use for planting before he starts anything on it. So there is always a need to set a smart goal in order to get a positive result, or else everything will crash down at the end.

what are your goals as regard your hive power, your followers, your engagement, your consistency and any other goals as a newbie on hive?
I will start with my hive power. Since I am still a newbie, I intend to use my hive power to power up, and that can also serve as savings for me later on. For my followers, I will do my possible best to make good content always so that when others visit my post they would want to go through my page. I intend to capture my followers through my post. For my engagement, though writing can be a bit difficult, I won't let that get to me because they say practice makes perfect, so my engagement toward my post will go smoothly, and my engagement toward other authors here on hive, I will always make sure I visit their posts. Like, what I do in order to engage in other authors' posts is this: after making my post for the day, I visit other authors' posts under mine, I like and comment on it, then go to the next one, and when I see people have liked and commented on those ones, I will come to the home page itself and do So that is how I go about my engagement. And just like I said above, I will see to it that I am always making my posts and keeping my readers up to date without any complaints.

Analyze the goals above, what makes them smart goals?
From the goals above, what I feel makes them smart goals is the fact that if I am consistently keeping my readers up to date, making sure that I engage on other authors' posts and also engaging in other activities here on Hive, making sure that I don't go against the rules and regulations of any communities, and taking correction from my leaders, then it should be a bonus to me because with that, I can actually go a long way here on Hive and also get to improve myself and my writing skills as well.

What strategies do you want to put in place to archieve your goals?
To start with, on this one, I would be making my post and making sure to avoid errors that would go against the rules of the community I am posting on. I would also make sure to engage in every community I am in, visit other authors posts, like and comment on their posts, join the Discord channel so as to keep myself updated and not be left out, and also participate in other activities. I will also make sure I participate in every weekly contest because I see that as a tool not only to win the prize but to improve in my writing, to have a better clue, and also to bring out the best in my writing so that when other authors see it, they will be wowed when they see my writing.
