It's LPUD, you might be wondering what that means, well that's an acronym for Leo power up day. #lpud has to do with powering up or transferring leo tokens to stake. This means that liquid coins are being moved and converted to Leo power. LPUD is a monthly project scheduled to happen every mid-month (15th) and members are expected to participate.
Why participate?
Lions contribute to a strong and dreadful forest via their strength and vigour, endeavouring that the community grows from strength to strength means giving our support and showing confidence in the project
We stand a chance of getting delegations and income through earnings. Rankings too are rated based on how much Leo power you've accumulated, hence staking Leo determines growth.
Although I joined Hive about 8 months ago, I was never really interested in the Leofinance affairs but after discovering just how much I've missed out I decided to join them. My LPUD journey began last month when I had powered up 28 leo , small huh? That was just for a start
So today, I check my keychain wallet, found out I've accumulated about 44.816 Leo and decided to power up immediately. I know that isn't much and when compared to others is of little value but I'm happy it's better than what I had started with. Would have loved to be ranked a cub but since that's not possible, I would rather work hard to achieve that next month by creating more quality contents and being regular on #threads.
So far, I've got about 72 Leo power,馃憞 That's a gradual step to growth right? Eagerly anticipating next month's power up, it promises to be better while we work extra hard.
