which has been a normal song for every youth of today's mostly in western part of African countries.

Most of the youth of todays has focus and believe in survival only on white collar job; ![image](

which should not always be on their agenda if only they want survival of there living.

As most major countries in West African are experiencing recession and economy melt down, youth in these countries should be the most elements and agent of change to these major problems and not to add to the problems of the nation... Youth should resist from depending on government in seeking for employment and keep adding to the problems of the country.

Could we imagine while we are young I mean when men are still baby/lad,... Then if the elders asked what the kid wish to become in future, such kid will like to mention different job that seems to be the best amidst it's type, but it's quite unfortunate that the nation will change the dreams of such child so soon. Imagine a child that want to be a doctor that found him/herself in business.. this is funny enough, but not kind funny because the situation of such country change the ambition of what the child dreams of and so which to be.

Other source of income should be source aside to one profession, this will definitely help the financial life of such and in one way or the other add to the value of the economy of the nation, and may as well transform the situation and curb the issues of unemployment in such country. As time goes on, one can be a *self reliance* an entrepreneurial, and such can be the one to employ to his/her establishment.

Profession can be said to be the the field in which an individual are been trained at, mostly satisfied in. For instance through formal or informal education.
An individual might be a professional in two or more field, taken a Nigeria for instance, you might obtain your first degree in mechanical engineering or architecture and later decide to back another degree in law yet, even still love further to get anther degree in accounting. And there, it could be consider as professional in these three field Architecture, Law, and accounting

Career this connotes a job or progression in which one does for a very long time and such person has mastered the skills and major secret relating to the profession. After studying those three fields and been a professional in them Architecture Law, and accounting if such person now decided to move ahead and practiceLaw, such person can be said to have chosen law as his/her career.

Goal this is the set achievement (mission and goals) over a long period. In achieving this, development and progression in once career could be a catalyst. For instance, section of Law profession as a career, he/she may decide to set a goal of becoming a senior advocate of Nigeria, or a chief justice of the federation over a period of thirty (30)years less or more depending on such person.

Youth that really want to stand as an element of change, and wish to help his/herself should take note of the afformentioned, and they should endeavour to understand it not to mix it up.
