Block Explorer improvements

We are deep into our initial backend work on some of our other large open source projects but in the meantime we had this small but powerful and helpful update to the Open Source Hive Block explorer on https://hivehub.dev/blocks

Finding and filtering types of transactions for accounts is now very easy and FAST.

Every different type of Hive transaction is in that dropdown. They are sorted and separated by themes to help find the transaction type you're looking for
