[UPDATE] Beta STEEMPEAK site announced to DISCORD

We're not doing an official @steempeak post about it yet but the news is slowly spreading. This update is actually quite large.

@steempeak would love feedback and here or discord is great. But I think we'll see a bit more being done on communities than on discord than in the past.
