I assume the need to till the same land several times helps to nurture the soil to get it to an optimal state for growing things, is that right? I'm looking forward to seeing how your garlic turns out just a pity it's going to be a while yet, but from what I gauge from the photos and the size of the land it looks like you're going to have tons! Will you sell any of it or keep it for personal consumption?
I can not tell you how refreshing it is to see a post crammed with photos of outdoor scenes saturated in sunlight and blue sky - glorious! We've also had a lot of those scenes over here in Britain lately and it's wonderful to have some sun and milder weather, much needed I can tell you. Enjoy it!
