We implemented a new feature for our Discord Bot. The goal of STEEMPUNK-NET is to increase social interaction (In Discord as well as in Steemit). The welcome message currently (for new users) lands in the general channel of the steempunknet discord. This is killing off all the chat possibilities in there. Therefore, this had to be corrected as soon as possible.

Tasks: Create a new channel for the welcoming in general and redirect the welcome message there.
- How did you implement it/them?
- We created a new channel #welcoming. The welcome messages are now displayed here.
- In addition, that other users to notice new fighters have entered the server, STEEMPUNK-NET writes a small message in the general channels.

- newFighters.js Additionally we fixed a bug in the query for new fighters.
