We implement a new Feature for QUIQQER Payments Module
The QUIQQER Payments module expands QUIQQER with a standardized interface for payment methods.

What was the issue(s)?
Payment methods must be able to say that they can only be created once.
As an example, for the Pament Method Paypal Express it makes no sense that it exists twice or multiple. This would causes even more problems in the ordering process.
The API should be as easy as possible for external developers to use. The payment method API has therefore been extended by an isUnique method and an automatic checking routine.
What was the solution?
- We extended the Payment API by an isUnique Method [32885cd]
- Additionally, this flag had to be intercepted in the creation process of a payment method [05537c2]
- To enable the user to understand this, new language variables have been created for the messages. [05537c2]
There were a lot of minor changes which are not so important to solve this problem. There was a lot of work done on the code style and some tidying up. The following commits are important for that:
