Hi @hiveeurope,I am willing to participate. I am strongly in favor of opening all kinds of data (source code, scientific papers and datasets, educational resources, public administration data, etc) and I agree there is a need to establish the reputation of those who publish open data. Each community has its own way to do that, its an intriguing idea to try to federate this different reputation practices...
