payforplay content promoter update

Hi everyone,

There has been a minor update to the @payforplay content promoter bot. I have removed the comment that is auto generated when voting on your post. These comments are just annoying in my opinion and distract from the comment section of your post. The current bid remains 3 SBD but this may change (up or down) in the future as the price of Steem and SBD change. My goal is to always give you a positive return and shoot for double your initial investment. This assumes the bot is not drained of voting power so always check steemnow.com/@payforplay for the most up-to-date vote value as there are no refunds for vote value, just user error.
