Dnes jsem navštívil kostel (bazilika Nanebevzetí Panny Marie a svatého Cyrila a Metoděje na Velehradě), a zjistil, že tyto pomůcky byly nahrazeny smartphony a e-ink čtečkami. Současní mniši se moderní technice nevyhýbají. Pokrok nezastavíš. Ani v církvi.
There was a time when there were prayer books and canticles. Today, I visited a church (the Basilica of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary and Sts. Cyril and Methodius in Velehrad, Czechia), and found that these aids have been replaced by smartphones and e-ink readers. Contemporary monks do not shy away from modern technology. You can't stop progress. Not even in the Church.
