[RetroGaming] Final Chpt: Syrup Castle / Story 2: Storm the Castle! 🏰 | Warioland II (Game Boy Color)
My 3Speaking Today
Hey, what's up, players! As is already custom of the house, receive my most cordial welcome again to the 3Speak channel and I hope that just like me you enjoy the retrogaming content that I have brought to you today. Players, things are becoming more and more interesting in this final chapter of Warioland II, and it is that just as the title of this post reviews it, in this gameplay we have taken Syrup Castle by storm by the hand of Wario and therefore, it truly felt that it was an aggressive action due to the dynamics of the gameplay where we encounter all kinds of new enemies everywhere, and it is something surprising that still in these final instances of the game we keep running into so many new enemies for the first time. Also today thanks to the great variety of new enemies we managed to get to know two new Wario Forms, besides the fact that we also had the need to keep using old Wario Forms like the Jumper Wario one to reach an important part of the level's coin loot. Frankly, these new two forms turn out very funny to see and well, one could say that they follow the sense of humor so characteristic of the Warioland saga 😂
🚀 Gameplay HighLights 🔶
- Magical Enemies. Yes, for the first time throughout this entire series of Warioland II a type of enemy known simply as 'Wizard' was observed, which uses a sort of magic attack which it emits from a magic wand which upon touching us makes us change form. Something that turns out funny about this enemy is that when we touch it or jump on it, it reveals to us its true nature which turns out to be that they are two pirate goons mounted one on top of the other who cover themselves under a blanket
- Using The Tiny Form. After being touched by the magic attack that the wizard threw at us, it is time to feel the consequences and one of them is that it transforms us into the 'Tiny Form' which makes us super small, but at the same time much lighter and more agile, which is why it turns out especially useful when jumping much higher than in Wario's normal form and besides it also helps us move through tight spaces. To return to Wario's normal form we only have to throw ourselves into the water.
- The Iceman. Last but not least we have this form better known as 'Skatin Frozen Wario', which for the moment turns out to be of no use at all and is even harmful for Wario since it prevents us from free movement and furthermore makes us slide out of control in the opposite direction towards our original movement. Luckily Wario thaws quickly and it is worth noting that the enemy that freezes us with its attack is known as 'The Yukimaru' which is a sort of snow man with icy breath.
Friends, up to here I leave today's Warioland II gameplay, to go on to say goodbye to you sending you as always thanks for your time and support for this gaming channel on 3Speak ❤✨
