Last week I made a video on the Cape Town water crisis and I said that things are looking a bit better. Day Zero (which was when we were supposed to run dry) was set for last week and it has since been postponed until further notice. I think this will be my final update on this situation and talk about why that is in the video.
Last night it rained so hard that I actually woke up! That’s something which has not happened since I was in Vietnam haha.
This weekend I’m going camping and I hope the rain does calm down a bit. Besides for messing with my cycling program the last few days I’m very happy with the rain we are getting.
We should take this water crisis as a big lesson though and look at some serious ways in which to save water in the future. It is something I am considering doing a video on.
