It's a guy using a bot. It's not smart and just replying whenever someone makes a post from certain frontends.

Want to cause them trouble? Edit your post and it causes his bot to post another comment. If each person that he's spamming did that he'd run out of RC and wouldn't be able to make any posts on chain. Then he'd have to buy more Hive yo power up, improve his bot to counteract the measures the community made or just step away from spamming.
