I'm not sure of this but my understanding is they are essentially just a middle man to Binance. They collect payments at a slightly worse rate then trade them on Binance's markets and then flip them back out to the address you want to use.

I think something just failed on the deposit monitor when I first sent in the deposit. Now it's just stuck in their Binance account and they're having some kind of issue to address it. I'd imagine they want it to go by script so they can log it properly but I'm just fully in speculation mode there. I just want it back quick! lol
