I don't know the situation around the accounts that Frank mentioned but I understand his sentiment. There are real issues with asking users to use centralized platforms like Discord for business about a decentralized chain.

Why has the organization not already adopted something like HiveMessage? That would seem to be much more transparent plus it would not ask users to leave Hive to address your complaints. Whales threatened anyone dealing with @dbuzz for linking Twitter to Hive yet HiveWatchers sends tons of new users off chain daily.
