I still hope they have integrity but leaving me waiting while they address "overload" is frustrating. I don't see why the focus wouldn't be on consumer experience but I'm just a consumer wanting a good experience.
To my knowledge this is effectively just a front to Binance. They go to Binance and see Hive is 1.01 so they'll use a rate of 1.03 for the transfer and pocket the difference. They just automate it where you pay their Hive address, they forward the payment to Binance, script continues on Binance to execute the intended trade then withdraws from Binance using the address you provide on the front of the swap. This way you don't actually need an exchange account or anything. You just give an address and they handle the rest almost like a swap on the diesel pools as far as end user experience.
I specifically asked if they had been trading with my money. It was a half hearted joke but at the same time it was said with seriousness as I'm missing out on the greatest trading time in Hive since it's split from the last world. What frustrates me the most is that I had multiple deadlines they gave themselves that were missed. I had planned to have those funds based on those words so that made me miss even more trading opportunities.
It's just spiting in the wind to worry about lost chances though. I'd just like to check my wallet and see 3000 Hive sitting there again.
