Would you be willing to hold and distribute SPORTS for this league? If so it'd be cool to make a SPORTS proposal to fund a rewards pot for everyone that plays. That way everyone has a reason to stick it out even if they aren't winning the dollar prize.

I was thinking if you had 20 teams set up for the league you could collect all of the DAO funds in a special account just for this. Then after the season is over you pay out the rewards based on their final season ranking a portion of everything that was funded by the DAO in addition to your league.

1st - 20% of pool
2nd - 10% of pool
3rd - 9% of pool
4th - 8% of pool
5th - 7% of pool
6th - 6% of pool
7th - 10th - 5% of pool
11th - 15th - 3% of pool
16th - 20th - 1% of pool
