I'm leaning towards providing a SWAP.BTC pool but expanding the token fund would be required to provide LP rewards, or lowering the existing LP rewards for SWAP.HIVE. If this goes into effect I'll be making a new Proposal as a burn proposal. It will act similar to the return proposal for the DHF that will just burn off anything not allocated to something with more support.
