I think the largest problem is the test was done with existing users. No matter what account we use or how we word it they are ingrained to hear "You are using the wrong tag!" when we want to say "Make sure you are using the correct tags."
In a few days I'll pull the list of accounts on Steemit that have posted and add them to the list of accounts not to comment on.
