I am usually a fan of mixing my whiskey with either ice or more whiskey but this was good. The Kerrygold Butter and Kerrygold Cheeses that I have been eating since forever are really good. The Liquor came with a few candies and a fifth of "Irish Creme" so I gave it a shot mostly for the wife. I tried it myself and must say that it is rich but not sweet, thick but not syrupy. I am generally against adding flavored stuff to a perfectly good drink, but this is worth a try!
