As a result, the battery had to be changed after a few days. However, wall clocks last longer when batteries are installed. In the end I decided to change the watches instead of changing the battery. I was also thinking about how much people change with time. There was a time when we had a wall clock in our house. And now every room has a wall clock. They also liked the watches.
Although I ordered a watch a few days ago on an online platform called Or. They did not show anyone. Canceled my order about 10-12 days after placing the order. I have bought watches from this platform before. Their service is terrible. Most of the times they cancel the order and blame it on the customer. That's why this time I decided to buy from Daraj instead of ordering watches through them.
Anyway after liking the watch I confirmed the order. And I kept cash on delivery as payment option. Means I will pay the price after receiving the product.
What I love most about Daraj right now is that they deliver any product within a few days of ordering. Although this time it took a day or two longer to get my watches. Maybe it took more time because of Eid busyness.
Anyway, when I finally got both the watches in my hands, I told the delivery man at Daraz. I check in front of you. If there is any problem with the watch, you can take the return. But they did not agree to my proposal. They told me you take the watches home and open them and look at them. If there is any problem then you can come to our drop in office and return the product.
Since they didn't necessarily agree what else to do. I paid the price and came upstairs with two watches. Then I eagerly unpacked the watch along with the family members. After unpacking the first watch, we all liked it. The watch was quite beautiful. After opening the second watch packet, I saw that the watch glass inside was broken. One more thing I felt bad. That is they gave this watch very low quality.
However, as soon as I saw the broken glass, I decided to return the watch. But to return I have to go to Daraj's office again. I don't like this hassle at all. If Daraz provides the customer with the facility to check the product while delivering the product to the customer. Then it will be better for customers like us. Anyway, I got up this morning and went to Daraj's office to return the product. They returned the product shortly after reaching there.
Although I will get back the price of that product after some time. Still, since I was able to return the damaged product, I'm happy with it.
