RE: LOOK WHO WE SAW TODAY
Really great photos. I love seeing these guys, but they haven't visited in the past year or so (at least, not when I have been around to observe).

RE: Apartment Birds: Hail to the King(let)
Very few seconds of sitting still, but luckily because he was on the ground and not in the bushes I was able to get decent photos! In the US we also have golden-crowned kinglets which have a yellow crown

RE: Puffins and my first encounter with them, five wildlife photos
These photos are great! It can definitely be a pain to carry around such a big lens, but the photos are so worth it! I have only seen one a puffin once, a few months ago and from a distance. Maybe one

RE: Springtime, The Busy Season
Thank you! And robins, how lucky! We have never had nesting robins, but they come in huge flocks to our persimmon trees in the winter XD

RE: Cormorants-I love them.
Australian cormorants are so cute! I had never seen them before! The ones we have here are basically solid dark brown save for their beaks...but I still enjoy watching them dive and sunbathe. Thank you

RE: A few of this week's visitors.
It is so cool to see your yellow-rumped warbler, because ours are different! We have the Audubon's kind with the yellow throats!
