Hive (and previously Steemit) are insane for taxes. It is so hard to account for because you earn multiple forms of crypto for each post ie: Steem, Steem Power, and Steem Dollars if I remember correctly.

Unfortunately, I don't have enough subscribers on YT yet to monetize the channel, but I wonder how the AdSense earnings on YT compare to the earnings on cyrpto social media.

Not yet. It is quite new, and I believe they are trying to get an exchange listing in 2021.
