iAccelerate is a local startup incubator, operating out of a brand new building in the Innovation Campus. The artfully rusted cladding is quite eye catching, though the building has quite an industrial feel to it.
I used to work in the Innovation Campus, in a separate building. It was quite nice, lots of glass and steel. I'll have to take a decent photo of it and submit it sometime!
