A post in this community is long overdue, especially because according te @hivecreators, it's one the top three communities where I post the most! Philippines is where my most recent travel memories lie,

So nice to have another free theme for this week's SMAP! Plus, I end up normally posting at the deadline, so joining in on the fun so early is the perfect way to start the week. Without further ado, let

It's been too much time since I joined Qurator's Photo Quest, but this week I fortunately stumbled on the weekly post, and as I saw the theme I knew I had to join the fun. Why? because this week's theme

I was hoping to come back from my last vacations with tons of photos of different and exotic birds... and no, didn't happen. I did saw quite a few different species, but haven't managed to capture them

Time flies, doesn't it? Before you know it... 2025 is here! First day of the year is always a good day to look back at 2024, and set our goals for the future. Unlike 2023, 2024 wasn't a bad year at all:

Finally able to do a post! Singapore was my first destination on these vacations, but I felt like a first proper post about them should be about my main travel motto: nature! So, off to Phillipines! Puerto

After two weeks with shorts and flip-flops, with temperatures hovering 30ºC outside and inside water, with a backpack while hopping in different islands (and countries) in SE Asia, the fun ended today.

There are no skyscrapers now, nor apparently strict rules about mundane things as jaywalking. But I do see nature everywhere, in between and surrounding small (and not so small) cities with chaotic streets

Holy crap... I was missing this. Been way too long, but finally the "curse" is broken: flying to the other side of the world, check! I was missing the heat, the humidity, the lush green everywhere,

Whenever I look at the photos of this location, it reminds me of a computer game called "Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time"; why, I can't tell. Maybe it was the proximity of the desert, or

No sir, it isn't! And no point in pondering about it, while chewing the recently snatched glasses from the dumb tourist that got too close. It will be everybody's business, since I'm hoping to marvel on

I've covered the Medina part of Essaouira previously, but a full description of this beautiful place wouldn't be complete without a few more words about the near vicinity; after all, although the old part

I love to watch wildlife, and that includes the underwater world. Diving is such an awesome experience, and I only regret not diving as often as I would like, especially in waters where the biodiversity

The wind city, atlantic's bride... I've heard a few names for this beautiful costal city. Essaouira, former Mogador, was where I chose to spend the last few days of my Moroccan vacations. In retrospect,

Back to Splinterlands Social Media Challenge, and to an awesome battle where one of the new reward cards was the star! This is one of my favourite cards of the new set, albeit being a common one; it can

A free theme to this week's SMAP is perfect, since I wanted to do a post about a particular species; so the timing is just right. I've said it before, as you get used to birdwatch and gain some knowledge

It's been sooo long since I visited this part of the world. Six years without feeling this sand on my feet, while admiring the beautiful colours of the golden hour. Yes, they are absent here; after all,

Wow. Not the game, or any other acronym; just the expression that could sum up the last weekend. A congress in the northern part of the country was the perfect excuse to travel and meet up with friends;

Travelling to see natural parks is one of my favourite activities, both locally and abroad; and I have a long list of overdue want-to-write-about-visited-places posts. So here goes one about a very nice
