It cannot continue... but unfortunately what it feels like is that the ones with power to stop it don't really seem that interested in doing so. We keep seeing huge DHF payouts, we even opened the doors

Yep, tough times. And in our own little neighbourhood, seeing how the DHF is still being (ab)used, it kind of erodes the confidence of any investor that digs a little bit to see how stuff works around
