I just don't think "the bunch" you speak of will ever be held accountable. The gang is the gang. They have many arms and squads but they do operate in a network. It's pretty much their only real strength. That and the naivete of the masses who just can't get to see them for what they are in all the cuddly words and slogans thrown around, despite all their obvious actions to the contrary.
