unable to create external repo

Expected behavior

I should be able to create external repository in selected folder

Actual behavior

Each time I go try to create external repository ,it gives error and bounces back

How to reproduce

*Download

*Install

*launch

*click on the three vertical dots at the right top corner and then choose import repository ,you should see another three vertical dots click again and then choose Create external repo

• Browser: MGit ver 1.5.4.2
• Operating system: android 7.0nougat
