App gives error while trying to select path and create directory

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

I should be able to select path for offline data and also create new directory

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Whenever i try to select path or create a new directory it sends an error saying "OPERATION NOT ALLOWED"
And each time i click the + button to create directory it takes me back...

HOW TO REPRODUCE

1.Download and install Easy xkcd

2.Launch and swipe from left to right then select settings.

3.When you get to settings click advanced.

4.Finally when it takes you to Advanced select "path for offline data"

5.try to click select and also click the "+" button which is to create new directory..
