It can be implemented in a way one can turn on and turn off ,and it could also work automatically like grab/record any video..
And also users will be gain enablement to choose the output format of the videos been recorded..

But when you pick manual ,A camera icon should pop whenever it detects you are watching a video

Normally i would have suggested Image grabber too but we all use an android phone ,we can easily screenshot images using down volume key and power button but it doesnt work on videos ..
