A strange thing with me is that I like pure white skinned women.
Marian is also as white as you can get and I think that I have Nordic roots :)
We have the 50+ that she uses, but I don't as I don't like oily things on my skin.

You are so right about the sun damage to skin as there are a few elderly ladies around here that must have spent many years tanning and their skins have gone totally wrinkled.
