Exactly the problem my friend.
I have a tough broen skin raised in the sun and as a construction manager I used to walk around without a shirt on on the sites in the sun.
In 2012 I secured our place with a barbed wire fence and the barbs made small cuts on my hands in the sun. Since then my skin has become sensitive to the sun.
