Ha! I overcome my shyness by being serious and aloof my friend.
Balance is what saves me every time.
In our charity work we have to face many people where one or more of your 4 parameters are missing and we try our best to grant them opportunities to gain independence and self confidence.

They say; practice what you preach, but in my own case the shyness will always be a part of me.
