Some great African artworks to give you a happy Friday.
I saw the first picture on display at the front of an art studio and asked the owner if I could take a photo of it.
Go ahead and you are welcome, was his answer and as usual I took a few more photos. The art studio is on a local wine farm/estate and I have taken photos there before, but it is always a good thing to ask for permission.
The place was filled with paintings and all other kinds of arty handicrafts and one can certainly spend an hour or two in there as there is really lovely stuff all over the place.
I only snapped a few of them to show you here in my blog.
No, this is not a cheetah, or a tiger. It is an African leopard.
This is a famous Baobab tree, famous not just for its looks, but its fruits are also medicinal.
A painting of flowing wineland hills here below. I liked all of the greens.

A lovely new twin statue was placed at the exit booms of the farm.
And as I started with wild horses, so I finish with this prancing beauty.
Although there were paintings on most topics, such as cities, townships, cars, boats and planes, you can clearly see where my interest lies. Mother nature and her residents holds me transfixed, as I have an eye on the real beauty of things. At times also the secret and hidden beauties, and there are so many of them in nature.
So, we have yet another Friday and many will rejoice because the weekend is knocking on the door but think for a moment of those such as the staff in the hospitals and other essential services that cannot have regular weekends. Know that your services to the public are appreciated.
