Yawning Baboons.jpg
Source.

"Hey" she thought; "Put you hand in front of your mouth when you yawn" "It's only baboonity (manners) hahaha.

This is what we felt like today, but the beauty kept us awake!

Only the first picture above is not my own in this post and I elected to use it in order to get you, the reader, into a relaxed mood. Cast off the dust and the pressures of the past week and spend some time here by allowing mother nature to refresh your mind and your soul.
Next week will have its own challenges and problems to overcome, but for now, as in right now, here is an opportunity for you to appreciate life in its finest detail.
Hope you will find this refreshing!

Come, kick off your shoes and let your mind lay back here in the shade of a tree as your read this post!

First up are "The Dancing Fountains"!

IMG_2955.JPG

Can you see a guy playing a saxophone in the shape of the fountain?

IMG_2965.JPG

Look at the swirls of the dancer's skirt in the fountain!

IMG_2933.JPG

The sun casting fairy lights in the pond!

IMG_2969.JPG

A visitor sitting in the Lotus!

IMG_2978.JPG

I tried to get this little "Masai Sprite" Damselfly's reflection in the water!

IMG_2989.JPG

The sun was a bit rude here when I clicked on the dragonfly!
Also left a trail of sunlight snow on the water surface Lol.

IMG_2997.JPG

A bee slaking his thirst in the hot sunlight!

IMG_3016.JPG

I loved the colors of this leaf that was halfway swallowed by the water!

IMG_3020.JPG

This "Red-veined Dropwing" dragonfly popped in for a quick visit!

IMG_3038.JPG

A first time that I get this one to add to my collection. I think he might be known as a " Scarlet" dragonfly!

IMG_3042.JPG

These guys seemed to either have a Sunday church meeting, or a picnic today. (see 2nd photo above)

IMG_3043.JPG

Or maybe the Guinea Fowl were discussing their new tribe on #steemit Lol!
They were there when we came and still there when we left!

Nothing like being refreshed at the foot of a mountain.

A place where the trees are as tall and older than sky scrapers in the cities. But no cities here and only a famous wine route that runs through all of the wine farms in the area, Nothing wild and scary, but rather genteel fingers that worked here over the years with nature to create a real paradise. Some of the heritage homes on the farms stretch back to the 1700's and it is a real delight to visit them and to see how the royalty of the forgotten years used to live.
Yes, indeed a place of splendor and beauty and of course mother nature beats anything with her own splendor and beauty.

Note: All photos except the first one are my own, freshly taken today, unedited and only cropped for uploading purposes.
I also use my own book for the identification of damselflies and dragonflies.
My camera used is a Canon Powershot SX60 HD.

Reminder; Do yourself a favor, many things are new on steemit, so why not get with the times and consider a new front-end? Have a look at @Steempeak

We hope that you have enjoyed the pictures and thank you for the visit to papilloncharity@papilloncharity
