It's intimidating, but not as bad as you'd think.
I'm working on a video about tarantulas, which means that I'm working with tarantulas more often. That said, handling them and having them close to me can be rather intimidating. While there is a certain amount of courage that I must muster to pick one up, once I do, it's not so bad. Have you ever held a tarantula? I have with people's pets before, but it wasn't until I moved to the Ozarks and started encountering wild ones that I ever grabbed one that wasn't a pet. Would you grab a wild one?
