Hello @generikat - Glad to see you're still out there. The reality of homesteading is a reality where some days, reality hits really hard. I find too many homesteaders get "trapped" by animals and chores, unless they have kind, trustworthy neighbors nearby. Glad to know some folks online are painting more accurate pictures of this life.
