Have you ever had canned salmon or tuna? Most people have, but few have ever canned fish themselves. We find that some of our canned fish is very similar to canned salmon or tuna, so much so that I've stopped buying both of them. We like to make a loaf (like meat loaf or salmon loaf) or a spreadable salad for sandwiches (like tuna salad) and we also like making burgers or patties from the canned meat
