Pay attention and be safe out there!
This escalated quickly. We simply wanted to bowfish some carp and gar. But, heading to the lake at night can be treacherous, so we wore high boots and carried bright flashlights. I've been bitten by a Cottonmouth before, and I'd rather not do it again. Thankfully, my children are cautious and observant, so when they see a venomous snake, they stay back and keep things safe.
