Die internationalen Konventionen zur Zahlenschreibung sind leider eine Quelle der Verwirrung.

Du meinst wohl, Bitcoin hätte 1169 % oder 1 169 % zugelegt.
In GB und den USA schreibt man: 1,169%.

Deine automatisierte Übersetzung interpretierte dann auch prompt 1,169 % als Dezimalzahl und übersetzte ins Englische: 1.169% dh knapp über einem Prozent.
