American Green an Arizona based canibus firm just bought out Nipton, CA a (dessert oasis) for $5 million dollars. They plan to redevelop the town with in 18 months and make it a little Marijuana resort city. They will first start out with creating and bottling canibus infused water. The town is small ( 120 acres) it has about 16 residents in the city. It's about 1 hrs drive from Las Vegas, NV and 3 hour drive from Los Angeles , CA. Nipton was initially a cattle transfer town as well as a gold mining city . Now American Green plans to make Nipton the first "first energy-independent, cannabis-friendly hospitality destination in the United States. I imagine this will become a hot tourist spot for travelers from Vegas, whats your thoughts?
