Hello

I would like to share with you what I have gleaned from the scriptures, I believe these principles are relevant to all of us. Because we all believe God has something special for each one of us. Something that nobody can take away, unless we give it away.

In scriptures these principles are seen in the story of Israelites, from Egypt to Canaan, from the land of slavery to the land of freedom, full of milk and honey. From other people's land to their own, from serving Pharaoh to serving the living God. But before that we see these principles at work in the story of Abraham. From Ur of Chaldean to the place where God will plant him.
Lastly we see the same principle in the New Testament, about God and his Church, his people.

Here are the principles;

  1. Exodus, come out, God is calling you out, yield to that.

God always separates us from anything that distract, binds and distort his image.
So always he calls us out of poisonous environment, carnal thoughts or mindsets, ungodly character and habits, bad company, untruthful worship and misplaced priorities. Before we receive, his promises, his blessings and our inheritance we need to come out from all the things that he is calling us out.
No matter how comfortable we are with whatever is calling us to live behind, we must yield to his calling not to our comfort.

When Abraham was called out of Ur it was not easy for him to leave all that he had known and experienced to go the greater unknown. But had to break all ties, physical, psychological and spiritual. He left behind the people and the city he knew, he left behind the norms, traditions, life style a way of thinking and social status and standard. He left behind the way of worship he was accustomed to, believes and values to embrace the unknown.

The children of Israelites also were called out of Egypt, where they were kept captives, they were slaves. They were building great buildings and cities that where not their own. They were influenced by the Egyptian cultures and mindsets. Through Moses God delivered them from Egypt to worship Him in the wilderness as he takes them to the promised land.

The Church also has been called out of the world and all that belongs to it, so that they may have their eternal home and inheritance. "He said come out among them, and I will be your God/Father and you will be my sons and daughters, and I will walk among thee"

So let's put away, come out and forsake all that hinders us from receiving the eternal things, his promises and our eternal possession. Their is no any other way but this.

  1. Go, worship Him, serve Him and walk with him.
After coming out of whatever that had occupied God's place, you need to journey with him to the place where he will show you. To your possession, your promised land. It is a process, to move from where you were used to where God wants you, it is a process.

Abraham had a long journey before he reached where God wanted him, they were may corners but those corners where to just by default, they were where they where by divine purpose and design. The same was with the Israelites and the same it is with us today, the questions is why God purposely put detours in our way?

Here what I observe, through the journey and detours he wants to transform us. The Israelites were physically out of Egypt but spiritually and mentally they were still in Egypt. A little problem, they remembered how life was in Egypt. Moses over stayed on the mountain they went back and worshipped a calf because that is all they had learned in Egypt. So God had to delay them a little longer in the wilderness to change their mindsets and believes. It is sad that when they were adamant to be transformed or change God let the all die in the wilderness, except for Joshua, Kaleb and those who where born in the wilderness.

So we need to change or die, in the book of first Corinthians chapter ten, the warning is clear there and it is derived from what happened to the Israelites when they refused to be transformed in their theology, philosophy and conducts.

In the book of Romans 12:1-2 the bible says,
12 1-2 So here’s what I want you to do, God helping you: Take your everyday, ordinary life—your sleeping, eating, going-to-work, and walking-around life—and place it before God as an offering. Embracing what God does for you is the best thing you can do for him. Don’t become so well-adjusted to your culture that you fit into it without even thinking. Instead, fix your attention on God. You’ll be changed from the inside out. Readily recognize what he wants from you, and quickly respond to it. Unlike the culture around you, always dragging you down to its level of immaturity, God brings the best out of you, develops well-formed maturity in you.
(The message Bible)

Someone said we always worship God they way we are not the way He is, so we should be concerned of who we are because it affects our worship.

Transformation is a process, and God as already given us enough grace and all that we need to be transformed to the image of his Son. We cannot have our inheritance in God if we do not partake His nature. God wants us to be like him, or to put it in simple terms to be like what Christ was in the flesh or He will have nothing to do with us.

  1. Be mindful whom do you come out with.
God's call is to individuals. You know what you heard from him, do not try to bring some else into it, they cannot share your assignment. It is a business between you and God. Other people may become a door of trouble. Do not expect people who do not share the same vision and assignment with you to understand your decisions and your behaviour. They cannot live with focus, discipline, and the intensity to purpose like you.
Going solo and feeling lonely is part of the call.
Do not fear trading alone in the path that God has ordained for you, because it leads you to your possession.

Friends and families are good but if they sabotage God's assignment to us, then we have a decision to make.

Abraham left with Lot but what came later we all know, the Israelites also, the bible says when they were leaving Egypt some Egyptians slipped in, and went with them. I believe these guys were the source of some troubles. To us today we are warned also in the book of Judah, that there people have joined us secretly and they are deadly, their in the mission to destroy our faith.

Watch whom do you take with you.

  1. Conquer and Possess,

The kingdom of God, the promises of God and a godly life is not for the weak and the faint hearted. It is taken by force.

Out there their so many forces that would like to see you lose grip on your possession, or you don't even lay hold. You need to learn to fight and claim what belong to you.

Do not loose heart, do not complain fight on. Because every time you get close to your possession, your lot and your long waited future, all hell break loose.

In the bible there's a person, who was paralyzed. He was carried by his four friends to Jesus, but when they reached there Jesus was in the house and the house was full to capacity, but because they were determined for healing, they peeled off the roof and dropped him right there where Jesus was. They never waited for him to come out, because he would not stay inside forever, they never complained, the took off the roof and they got what they wanted by force.

Just because it is yours do not think it will come easily, never. But remember we do not fight flesh and blood.

Conclusion
I hope I have made these principles clear enough for your application. Otherwise I wish you blessings and victory.

Thank you for your time
