Hola querido hiver.

Es la primera vez que salgo a la calle con la intención de realizar fotografías de escenas en la calle. Lo había hecho con motivo de eventos, pero nunca con el propósito de captar momentos ajenos.
Debo confesar que no me sentí cómoda. Todo el tiempo temía que me vieran y que alguna persona se molestase. Noté alguna que otra mirada inquisidora y, aunque mi país puede considerarse bastante seguro, reconozco que no llegué a pasar miedo pero estuve cerca en algunos instantes.
Sí que realizo muchas fotografías por la calle, pero no centradas en personas. Como experimento ha sido interesante porque hay que probar para saber lo que te puede gustar y lo que no.
Aquí te dejo el resultado de mi aventura:
El barrio donde vivo estaba atravesado por una vía de tren que lo dividía de lado a lado. Hace unos 15 años ese recorrido se transformó en un bulevar muy transitado por caminantes y corredores.
¡Por él te puedes encontrar hasta a Bob Esponja!
Estas señoras pasan también casi todas las mañanas. La que va más atrás tiene casi 90 años, más de una vez hemos hablado que el día que no pueda dar su caminata, malo.
Esta imagen me encanta. Los perritos son una debilidad para mí.
Y con esta última imagen cierro mi humilde participación. No compito contra nadie más que mí misma, buscando aprender para mejorar mis habilidades. Tenía la intuición de que la fotografía callejera no era para mí y esta experiencia me lo ha confirmado. Seguiré practicando, quién sabe si un día le empiezo a coger el gusto.

This is the first time I've gone out on the street with the intention of taking photographs of street scenes. I had done it on the occasion of events, but never with the purpose of capturing other people's moments.
I must confess that I did not feel comfortable. All the time I was afraid of being seen and that someone would get annoyed. I noticed the occasional inquisitive glance and, although my country can be considered quite safe, I admit that I did not get scared but I was close at times.
I do take a lot of photographs on the street, but I don't focus on people. As an experiment it was interesting because you have to try it to know what you like and what you don't like.
Here is the result of my adventure:
The neighbourhood where I live used to be crossed by a railway track that divided it from one side to the other. About 15 years ago that route was transformed into a busy boulevard for walkers and runners.
You can even meet SpongeBob!
These ladies also pass by almost every morning. The one at the back is almost 90 years old, and more than once we've talked about the day she can't do her walk, too bad.
I love this image. Doggies are a weakness for me.
And with this last image I close my humble participation. I don't compete against anyone but myself, seeking to learn in order to improve my skills. I had the intuition that street photography was not for me and this experience has confirmed it. I'll keep practising, who knows if one day I'll start to get the hang of it.
