We just ended the day of the city, more precisely, the days. Until recently, similar days in our country (Lipetsk) were conducted in exactly the same way: crowds of people, a sea of ​​alcohol, kilometer queues for dry closets, garbage mountains underfoot the next day, salute and metropolitan artists. That's the whole program. But these times are in the past. I hope so. Now the program is more refined and diverse and includes all sorts of cultural events and historical events, such as balls, excursions, costumes and so on. At the same time, as I said, the events are many, different, and you can find something to your liking. And no one canceled the salute and capital artists. I think this is a general trend, which, of course, is gut. But now it's not about that.

On the eve of the holiday, I decided to walk along the streets, parks and bridges and see what has changed. And that's what happened.

Stone log

There is in our city such a special natural object that runs through the entire right-bank part of the city, the length of 8 km. That's how it looks.

Two parts of the city connects the bridge.

On one side is the station, on the other central market and central, respectively, the streets. This bridge, it turns out, was not always, as we, our city, and in general everything in this world (the log, however, is older than all of us). In general, the bridge was built only in 1969. As before, people got to the Mecca of a provincial scale on the central market - I will not put my mind to it :) And see what a high bridge - when you look down, the spirit grasps directly - the tops of the trees below. There, at the bottom, a small river Lipovka, sometimes dried up.

So, last year it was announced that the log will be copied, namely:

The paths from the sidewalk tile and the bicycle path should have been this spring. But this picture was taken at the end of May.

And this past Friday.

As you can see, neither on that, nor in this picture anything similar we do not observe. From the conversation with the chief architect Tatyana Azova, we managed to find out what the problem is in financing and the contractor, who can not cope with the task. The order is transferred to another performer. The first stage is supposed to clear the log, arrangement of walking and bicycle paths, as well as descents (without staircases). This stage is expected to be completed this year. But they also promised to send an official response, in which, perhaps, more specifics.

Korenkova mountain

This is now Saperny descent, but I'm using old names here, in my opinion, it's more interesting. So, on Koren'kova Hill (not far from the pond), unlike Log, the work is boiling with might and main.

But when we wait for something here, it's also completely incomprehensible. By the way, a curious fact from Wikipedia: in the late 80's here, in the area of ​​the street Big keys, were going to build a cinema-concert hall. By the early 90's had time to demolish the house and lay the foundation. Something tells me that this is the same project.

Lower park

Our main park over the past few years has greatly ennobled.

True, there is such.

And I still remember the Lower Park of the 90s: the smell of beer, shish kebab and ... debauchery. Oh, those 90's. Now times have changed and very much.

Me, however, as a magnet attracts another part of the park, uncultured, wild.

And at the last (Semashko, imagine, once it was the last :) someone's digging. And the red lanterns were lit. It's so nice, is it not enough, suddenly some late Lipchin or guest of the regional center will go down Later Street, and ... and then flashlights.

In the meantime it was dawn, and the street Last led me to the 2nd Lipovskaya. It was on the 2 nd, Lipovskaya. Now Lipovskaya is in Lipetsk alone, but at one time, until the middle of the last century, there were two, before one of them was renamed, and the nameplates of the streets still hang on old houses in some houses.
