Thank you @jlsplatts. My salmon was good, but fresh salmon straight from the stream has to be sensational. When I was on an Alaskan cruise, I remember seeing salmon swimming up the stream. There were so many of them it look like I could just reach down and snatch one up. Now, that is fresh.
