@lenasveganliving, this might become my favorite too. I only used 1 cup of lentils for this curry and we have leftovers. I had no idea what Naan bread tasted like until yesterday. I made a double batch of Naan bread tonight, since my husband really enjoyed it.

I have learned so much from everyone in this community. I have even decided to start a garden. I am doing the prep work now.
