@plantstoplanks, you had a good week with string beans. I love them, nothing beats fresh string beans from the garden. I make a hot string bean and red potato dish with onions and garlic. I have not tried them as a salad. Guess it would kinda be like potato salad. Anyway, it sounds very good.
